Aaron Janus: Curious about the Rental Market? Our team here at RE/MAX Integrity Property Management is here to keep you up to date: Starting with a look at prices. As you can see here, median prices for a 3-bedroom single-family home across King County were pretty flat from last month at just under $3800 per month. That’s about $400 more per month than the median 3-bedroom multifamily home. It’ll be interesting to see, with all that’s going on in the world and with our economy, how the Spring Rental Market will react. In the meantime, vacancy rates across the county are down yearoveryear to 3.7%, while days on market are exactly the same 26 days, on average, that they were one year ago.
